Fee Schedules
Basic Fees
| The Keynote Address: | $3500 flat fee - up to 60 minutes |
| Motivational & Inspirational Talks: | $4000 flat fee - up to 90 minutes |
| Half-Day Training Sessions: | $5500 flat fee - based on 3.5 hours of presentation time |
| Full-Day Retreats: | $7500 flat fee - based on 7 hours of presentation time |
| Tailored Presentations: | Fee to be determined, based on preparation time and special requests |
| CPA Canada Tax Seminars: | Fee to be determined, based on specific attendance and needs |
Travel Time
$100 per hour, pro-rated to the nearest full hour
Travel time includes the time elapsed from our Burlington Office to your Presentation Site (or Presentation Site hotel as applicable), and return travel following similar parameters
Deposits
In order to hold a date open, a non-refundable deposit of $250 is required before the date will be set aside
Retainers
A retainer of 50% of the final fee is required before any travel arrangements can be made, and before any specific preparations will be made. If the retainer is not paid by the agreed upon date, the deposit may be forfeited and the presentation date will be opened to others.
Retainers will be refunded in full if we are unable to complete the presentation as planned, and if no mutually agreed upon alternatives are acceptable. Retainers will not be refunded if cancellation is made by you for whatever reasons, and no mutually agreed upon alternatives have been worked out.
Balance of Fees
Unless credit arrangements have been made in advance, the balance of all fees and travel expenses shall be paid at the end of the presentation. If credit has been extended, full payment of all balances owing shall be paid within 15 days of the presentation.
Payment of deposits, retainers, and fees may be made by Visa or MasterCard.
