Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Why do we require a retainer?

Once we accept your engagement, we become ethically obligated to complete the presentation as agreed – and that means we will spend a significant amount of time and resources for you. A retainer demonstrates your commitment to pay for what you ask us to do – and highlights the significance of the professional help being sought.

Will this be just another canned presentation?

Absolutely not! While some of the core material will derive from years of research and observation, every presentation is tailored to your specific needs and objectives. That is why we require information from you, as outlined in the “As We Plan Together” section of “Your Part for a Successful Presentation”.

What is your policy on photos and videos?

They are encouraged, as long as the photographer is respectful and does not interfere with the presentation. When photos or videos are taken, we request that we be given a complete unedited copy of all materials as soon as they become available. You may use them freely within your own organization, but distribution beyond is strictly prohibited.

Are any of the presentations translated into other languages?

All presentations will be in the English language. However, having traveled extensively, and having lived in other countries, Claude is very sensitive to special needs when speaking to participants whose first language is not English. Furthermore, with appropriate planning and cost arrangements, all written materials could be translated if desired.
